Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first contact for students and visitors, handling routine information requests.
• Performs data entry using SharePoint modules for applications, rosters, scholarships, budgets, travel and conferences.
• Screens calls, answers routine questions, and troubleshoots center inquiries related to admissions, advising and enrollment.
• Schedules appointments and events, coordinates travel and maintains campus calendars.
• Collaborates with staff to support recruitment, admissions and enrollment efforts.
