Endocrine Society in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Manager to design, develop and execute educational programming for conferences and CME/CE activities. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage relationships with experts, and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.

This role oversees existing programs, develops new initiatives with partner organizations, and helps shape strategies for sustainable funding. Occasional travel and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in designing and developing CME/CE activities for healthcare professionals.
• Ability to design innovative educational program formats.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and CE/CE policies.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Experience with ACCME accreditation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and execution of educational programming for conferences and programs (typically ≤500 attendees).
• Oversee existing programs and develop new initiatives with partner organizations and funders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, impactful programming.
• Prepare annual budgets for assigned programs and help align funding opportunities.
• Represent the Society at conferences to foster partnerships and collaboration.
