You will design, grow, and manage high-impact education programs for Career Advancement Collective and AMA Ed Hub, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver learner-centered content.

The role requires 5+ years in program management and a bachelor's degree, with in-office presence three days per week.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in program or project management.
• Experience in health care education or EdTech and publishing is preferred.
• Ability to manage education portfolios and driving learner-centered content.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, implement, and improve AMA education programs and initiatives.
• Set goals, timelines, budgets, metrics, and operational plans for programs.
• Represent learner needs and align program strategy with AMA priorities.
• Oversee full lifecycle of offerings from needs assessment to launch and evaluation.
• Prepare reports for leadership on results and growth opportunities.
