Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in education program management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products.

Responsibilities

• Manage educational planning and delivery for 3-5 clients, including project management, content development, speaker and vendor relations, event execution, and post-event evaluation.
• Contribute to education strategy, experience design, and program planning.
• Partner with volunteer subject matter experts to develop content and educational programming.
• Serve as the primary liaison for education committees and volunteers, leading recruitment, engagement, communication, and feedback.
• Support speaker contracting and negotiations.
• Coordinate communications across client stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, speakers, and volunteers.
• Oversee year-round administration and execution of educational programs and initiatives.
• Monitor program financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and staff utilization.
