Job summary

Park Nicollet Clinic seeks an Education Coordinator – Advanced Practice and Student Education to coordinate APC student onboarding and learner education across HealthPartners. The role ensures consistent processes and centralized support for onboarding, placement, and partnerships.

Working with the Lead Clinician for APC Student Education and the Manager of Student Education, you will maintain standardized workflows, assist with capacity planning, and promote a welcoming learner experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, healthcare operations, or education administration.

Responsibilities

• Administers centralized intake for APC student, school, and placement requests.
• Maintains school relationships, learner types, clinical sites, and preceptor capacity.
• Coordinates communications among schools, learners, preceptors, departments, and leadership.
• Tracks placement utilization and supports capacity planning and partner discussions.
• Maintains records, contact lists, and documentation for programs and learners.
• Supports standardized school selection and partner practices established by leadership.
• Escalates capacity conflicts and policy questions to leadership.
