Zusammenfassung

HealthPartners Education Coordinator – Advanced Practice and Student Education will coordinate centralized APC student education and onboarding across HealthPartners and Park Nicollet clinics, ensuring consistent processes.

In collaboration with the Lead Clinician and Manager of Student Education, you will manage learner placement, troubleshooting, and communications, while driving continuous improvement in operations and partner relationships, based in Bloomington, MN.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, healthcare operations, or education administration.
• Ability to independently manage complex workflows and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Administers the centralized intake process for APC student, school, and placement requests and ensures requests are complete, documented, and routed appropriately.
• Maintains current information on school relationships, learner types, clinical specialties, sites, placement requests, decisions, and available preceptor capacity.
• Coordinates communication among schools, learners, preceptors, clinical departments, APC leaders, nursing leaders, and education administration.
• Tracks placement utilization, constraints, and unmet demand; prepares information for capacity planning and preferred-partner discussions.
• Maintains orientation materials, frequently asked questions, checklists, communications, templates, and learner resources that promote a consistent and welcoming experience.
