Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine admissions operations and guide applicants through the medical school admissions process. You will coordinate with faculty, committee members, and institutional partners to ensure an exceptional applicant experience.

This position is a combination of remote and on-site work; you must live within 100 miles driving distance to the Phoenix, AZ Mayo Clinic campus. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or higher with administrative experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional correspondence, minutes, announcements.
• Proficient with computer software and office equipment; Microsoft Office, databases, phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions processes (appointments, interviews, scheduling, orientation).
• Maintain learner/faculty data, prepare reports, and manage data entries.
• Support admissions operations and guide applicants through the process.
