Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute recruitment activities and program events.
• Serve as the primary COM Trainee Research Day planning contact.
• Provide programmatic coordination and administrative support.
• Process graduate admissions applications and maintain admissions spreadsheets.
• Respond to general program inquiries and assist in course maintenance/scheduling.
• Maintain and update SIS content, Carmen/Canvas, EDWARD, GradForms, Teams, and other platforms.
• Coordinate travel requests and reimbursements for students and staff via Workday.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
