C2 Education in Timonium, MD is seeking a full-time Educational Programs Coordinator to coordinate scheduling, events, and activities across after-school sessions. You will liaise between students, instructors, and the organization to ensure smooth operation and a positive learning environment.

The role requires at least two years in educational coordination, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in educational program coordination.
• Experience working in a classroom or educational setting.
• Experience with administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and events, including scheduling, room bookings, and material preparation.
• Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and stakeholders regarding program details, schedules, and changes.
• Provide support to students addressing inquiries, concerns, and academic needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and progress.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful delivery of programs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, instructors, parents, and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to instructors, such as preparing materials and managing correspondence.
• Assist with student inquiries and provide general information about programs and services.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
