Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in educational program coordination.
• Experience with administrative duties in an educational environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and events.
• Communicate program details to students, instructors, and stakeholders.
• Provide support to students and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of student enrollment and attendance.
• Monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with team to deliver educational programs.
• Maintain a positive learning environment.
• Build relationships with students, instructors, parents, and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to instructors.
