Job summary

C2 Education is seeking a part-time Scheduling Coordinator to support after-school programs. You will coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and events, book rooms, and maintain attendance records while serving as a liaison between students, instructors, and the organization. Sessions are after school, with Monday–Thursday 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

and Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Benefits include 401(k) match after three months, employee discounts, a referral program, and discounted tutoring

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in educational program coordination.
• Experience working in a classroom or educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and educational events, including scheduling, room bookings, and material preparation.
• Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and stakeholders regarding program details and changes.
• Provide support to students, addressing inquiries and academic needs.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure delivery of educational programs.
