Job summary

Junior Achievement of Dallas seeks a Program Manager to plan and coordinate in-class learning experiences across schools and partners. You will manage schedules, logistics, part-time staff, and volunteers, while ensuring high-quality educational delivery and data management.

You will partner with the Volunteer Engagement Manager and Education leadership to meet annual program goals, while adapting to posting needs and dynamic education environments in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in education programming, youth development, or nonprofit program management preferred.
• Experience supervising staff or volunteers preferred.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in-person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement assigned educational programs with schools and partners, coordinating schedules and staffing.
• Coordinate logistics with schools, educators, community partners, volunteers, and internal teams.
• Ensure programs meet organizational standards and are resourceful and well-documented.
• Troubleshoot scheduling, staffing, and materials to minimize disruptions.
• Manage program materials distribution, tracking, and resources.
• Support programs across various learning environments and delivery models.
