Job summary

Junior Achievement of Dallas is seeking a Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and continuously improve in-class learning experiences. You will manage school and partner relationships, schedule programming, and supervise part-time staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in education programming, youth development, nonprofit program management, or related field preferred.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; able to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement assigned educational programs, coordinating schedules, resources, and staff/volunteer support.
• Build and maintain relationships with school districts, educators, volunteers, and partners; develop annual engagement plans.
• Supervise part-time staff and coordinate volunteers; ensure program delivery adheres to JA standards.
• Track program data, collect evaluations, and support data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align program needs with funding and organizational priorities.
