Job summary

Huntington Learning Center - Cedar Park/Round Rock is seeking a Managing Director to own a caseload of students from first meeting to final results, designing and adjusting each student’s program with our teachers.

You will lead family conversations, enroll new students, monitor progress, and coach teachers to ensure real progress for every student.

This full-time, in-center role includes revenue sharing, corporate training, and growth opportunities within our two-center team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in teaching, tutoring, or academic role.
• Ability to lead parent conversations with warmth and honesty.
• Availability for fixed weekday evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Own a student caseload from initial meeting to progress results.
• Lead family conversations and enroll new students.
• Monitor progress, adjust curriculum and pacing with teachers.
• Partner with Center Director on enrollment and growth.
