Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in education, tutoring, customer service, management, or related field.
• Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A genuine desire to help students succeed.
• Confidence working with parents and discussing student needs and program recommendations.
