Job summary

Huntington Learning Center is seeking an Assistant Director to support daily in-center operations at our Round Rock location in Round Rock, TX. The role focuses on student progress, family communication, and efficient admin processes in a fast-paced learning center.

You will balance managing schedules, guiding front-desk activities, and coordinating with tutors, instructors, and families while ensuring high-quality service and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in education, tutoring, customer service, business admin, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and support to students and families.
• Manage daily operations and student/teacher schedules.
• Handle inquiries by phone/text/email and assist with onboarding.
• Recruit and onboard new staff, support teachers, and participate in marketing/outreach.
• Communicate student progress to admins and families.
