Job summary

Huntington Learning Center in Shoreline seeks a confident Program Administrator to blend tutoring, family engagement, and center growth through school and business partnerships.

You will visit local schools, engage families, market the center, and tutor students in your strongest subjects while coordinating progress with families and tutors.

Flexible hours and growth opportunities to Center Director, with hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and running a business.

Qualifications

• Confident and warm with parents, school staff, and business owners.
• Ability to tutor at least one subject well (e.g., math, reading, writing, science).
• Organized and reliable with ability to follow through.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships: visit local schools, PTAs, and businesses to establish referral relationships and contracts.
• Connect with families: discuss needs and progress, lead conferences, guide enrollment.
• Market the center: assist with community events, social media, and local promotions.
• Tutor students in your strongest subjects.
• Coordinate progress and goals among students, parents, and tutors.
