Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in healthcare professional education or medical education preferred.
• Experience with third-party management, grant/donation administration, or funding-supported initiatives.
• Experience with clinicians, vendors, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Familiarity with medical devices, surgical or healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and education program governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end third-party education programs, including intake, funding, logistics, execution and closeout.
• Coordinate objectives, funding requirements, deliverables, timelines and documentation with partners.
• Oversee equipment/materials procurement and on-site setup for training sessions.
• Track status, funding, commitments and required documentation in systems.
• Communicate with internal/external partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with education standards and policies; maintain deadlines.
