Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Senior Professional Affairs & Clinical Education Specialist to design and deliver education programs that support the clinical adoption of surgical technologies within the Structural Heart portfolio. The role emphasizes curriculum development, collaboration with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Clinical teams, and the creation of learning strategies across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years OR Advanced degree with 2+ years of experience developing healthcare professional education programs, medical education curricula, clinical training initiatives, or learning pathways.
Experience developing curriculum, training materials, or educational content for healthcare professional or clinical audiences.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with physicians, faculty members, key opinion leaders, or healthcare stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of curriculum frameworks, learner pathways, learning objectives, and program success metrics.
Develop and execute multi-year education strategies that support product launches, portfolio expansion, and emerging clinical evidence.
Identify and prioritize educational gaps through analysis of field insights, learner feedback, and program performance data.
