Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Platform Owner – Sales to lead the global CXM platform on Microsoft Dynamics. Based in Raritan, NJ, with up to 20% travel to New Jersey/NA, you will define technical strategy, standards, and platform capabilities for AI-driven commercialization in MedTech.

You will partner with sales, marketing, pricing, and service teams to deliver reliable, high-value digital experiences and to ensure regulatory and security compliance in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7 years of IT delivery experience in regulated environments.
• Proven experience translating business needs into technology roadmaps.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
• Financial management and budget optimization experience.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of education platform transformation technology solutions.
• Translate priorities into a business-driven technology roadmap (0-5 years).
• Serve as trusted technology partner for site leadership and stakeholders.
• Own demand management, identify gaps, and balance value, cost, risk.
• Ensure alignment to enterprise standards and contribute to a global ecosystem.
• Develop site IT roadmap and investment justification with finance.
