Job summary

LaunchEd is seeking a Partnership Operations Coordinator to manage intake, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate records, connecting educators with founders and internal teams. The role supports translating classroom insights into opportunities for evaluating new solutions within the LaunchEd ecosystem.

You will oversee scheduling, demos, and feedback sessions, ensuring timely handoffs and clear communication across departments, while upholding confidentiality and a proactive, fast-moving

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Florida school-choice network and education ecosystem.
• Strong organization, scheduling, and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Relationship management and serving as a first point of contact for founders and operators.
• Proactive mindset with urgency in a fast-moving pipeline; discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake from initial contact through early evaluation in LaunchEd.
• Own the intake calendar, schedule meetings, demos, and screening calls across stakeholders.
• Keep pipeline notes current in Monday.com and ensure data accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison between educators, school leaders, founders, and internal teams across departments.
• Facilitate educator feedback sessions and translate insights into opportunities for product evaluation.
