Just Right Reader, Inc. is seeking a Partnerships Director to drive district-level literacy solutions nationwide. You will travel extensively to work directly with district and school leaders, building relationships and converting them into long-term partnerships.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a school or district administrator (principal, assistant principal, superintendent, etc.).
• Strong understanding of foundational literacy and the science of reading.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment and collaborate with a team.
• Comfort with storytelling, strategy, and using data to guide decisions.
• A natural drive to sell with a track record of closing deals or selling programs in education.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreement.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with school and district leaders.
• Generate new opportunities by identifying leads and developing a robust pipeline.
• Understand local literacy priorities, funding sources, and district goals to position Just Right Reader.
• Represent Just Right Reader at regional conferences, events, and meetings with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and long-term implementation.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for district growth and product adoption.
