Just Right Reader, Inc. is seeking a Partnerships Director to drive growth by engaging district and school leaders, understanding their literacy priorities, and delivering proven decodable reading solutions at scale.

You will travel extensively to regional conferences, events, and meetings with decision-makers, building a robust pipeline and closing multi-year partnerships that support literacy for Birth through 12th Grade.

Qualifications

• Experience in school or district administration (3+ years).
• Strong literacy knowledge and science of reading.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Storytelling and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreement.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with school and district leaders.
• Actively generate new opportunities by identifying leads and developing a robust pipeline.
• Deeply understand local literacy priorities, funding sources, and district goals to position Just Right Reader as the right solution.
• Represent Just Right Reader at regional conferences, events, and meetings with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful long-term implementation.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for district growth and product adoption.
