Job summary

Solution Tree, a remote-first company, seeks a Director of Educational Partnerships to lead the Central California territory (Sacramento, Placer, Fresno, Inyo). You will develop and execute a territory sales plan for our print/online resources, events, and professional development offerings.

The role requires driving in-territory engagement with district leaders, traveling up to 50%, and building relationships with Superintendents and Principals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum five years of successful sales experience.
• K-12 education sales preferred.
• Travel up to 50% of the time (including some overnights).

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual contracted revenue sales goals.
• Expense management that complies with company guidelines.
• Present solutions to districts, superintendents, and school leaders.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan for Central California.
