Job summary

Solution Tree seeks a Director of Educational Partnerships to lead outside sales in Central California, covering Sacramento, Placer, Fresno and Inyo counties. You will develop and execute a territory plan to meet revenue goals for print, online resources, events and onsite professional development.

The role requires at least five years of sales success, a Bachelor’s degree, and preference for K-12 education experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum five years of successful sales experience
• K-12 education sales preferred
• Travel up to 50% of the time (including some overnights)

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual contracted revenue sales goals
• Expense management that complies with company guidelines and demonstrates fiscal responsibility and judgement
• Present unique product offerings and comprehensive solutions to individuals and groups
• Develop and nurture customer relationships with key decision makers including Superintendents, district administrators, and school Principals
• Timely information-sharing with sales management and internal partners
• Successful business meetings with decision makers in person, by phone, and via video conferencing
