Solution Tree is seeking a Remote Sales Development Representative (Professional Learning Advisor) who will focus on the State of California while residing in the Pacific Time Zone. You will qualify leads, run targeted campaigns, and support DEPs in turning prospects into opportunities.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales (B2B or education preferred), strong communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Zoom.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or education sales.
• Leverages modern sales technologies to research and engage with prospects.
• Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to ask questions, gather information, and formulate an action plan.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to analyze the territory and develop campaigns.
• Engage with customers via phone and email to qualify leads early in the pipeline.
• Source, qualify, and assign leads to DEPs daily.
• Help drive sales by identifying potential customers and initiating relationships.
• Schedule meetings for sales to develop opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of lead research, prospecting, and qualification motions.
• Support outreach to drive attendance to events and promote the Solution Tree brand.
