Job summary

CrossFit, Inc. seeks a Partner Programs Manager, EDU to own the business relationships and contractual performance of CrossFit Education partners. You will lead partner negotiations, contract management, onboarding, ongoing relationship management, renewals, and exits.

The role collaborates across EDU leadership, Legal, Operations, Analytics, Product, Content, Marketing, and Finance to ensure obligations are met and programs perform against plan, while addressing issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, account or vendor management, or contract administration.
• Proven track record negotiating agreements and managing external partner relationships from onboarding to renewal.
• Experience tracking contractual obligations, program performance, and partner satisfaction.
• Experience in education, professional learning, certification, licensing, or partner-delivered programs preferred.
• Familiarity with CrossFit ecosystem and educational programs; CrossFit L1+ trainer credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own business relationships and contractual performance of CrossFit Education partners.
• Lead partner negotiations, contract management, onboarding, ongoing relationship management, renewals, and exits.
• Coordinate with EDU leadership, Legal, Operations, Analytics, Product, Content, Marketing, Finance to ensure obligations are met.
• Monitor partner commitments, including course schedules, reporting, and payments; escalate issues.
• Implement participant surveys; monitor NPS, feedback trends, and corrective actions.
• Maintain records of agreements, obligations, contacts, metrics, and renewal dates.
