Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, business administration, marketing, education, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in contract management, account management, partner relations, program reporting, or a related field.
• Exceptional professional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with demonstrated experience producing detailed reports, proposals, executive summaries, or other professional documents.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and translate findings into clear, accurate, and compelling written narratives.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with partners, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple contracts, competing priorities, and firm deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of Discovery Cube's portfolio of educational partnership contracts.
• Develop contract tracking systems to monitor scopes of work, deliverables, deadlines, and renewal dates.
• Monitor contract performance and identify potential challenges or missed deliverables.
• Maintain organized contract records, including agreements, amendments, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist with contract renewals, amendments, and updates by coordinating communications.
• Provide regular contract status updates to the Vice President of Education.
• Lead the development, writing, and production of high-quality quarterly, annual, and final reports for partners.
• Collect, organize, and analyze program participation data, results, and other metrics.
• Transform data into clear narratives that demonstrate educational impact and contractual fulfillment.
• Write executive summaries and program descriptions that communicate value of initiatives.
• Develop charts and visual summaries to communicate results.
• Collaborate with educators and program managers to document accomplishments and success stories.
• Ensure reports are accurate, professionally written, and aligned with partner expectations.
• Assist in preparing presentations and partner updates highlighting outcomes.
