Job summary

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) seeks an Account Executive to cover Baltimore, MD, Arlington VA or Washington DC territories. Starting salary $75,000 with six-figure potential after five years, training in Phoenix, AZ, and a mix of virtual and field work.

You’ll build partnerships, drive inquiries, and guide prospective students through admissions with coaching and high emotional intelligence. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 3+ years in outside sales or account management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required - Master's Degree (highly preferred).
• 3+ years in outside sales, B2B or account management with broad territory.
• Experience building territories and leading leads.
• No delinquent federal student loan on credit report; current if in rehab.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, written and phone.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed with empathy and coaching.
• High emotional intelligence; capable of nurturing diverse student relationships.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and flexible schedule.
• Extensive travel; may require evenings/weekends; proficient in MS Office.
• Bonus: CRM experience; relevant industry experience.
