Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead meetings with internal and external partners.
• Develop proposals and contracts for services to be delivered.
• Communicate in verbal and written form with clients.
• Service clients pre-program and during the program, including space and catering needs.
• Collaborate with internal teammates in a flexible, entrepreneurial unit.
• Deliver customer service and problem-solving to meet client requests.
• Coordinate all aspects of program delivery from conception to post-program accounting.
