Job summary

The UVA Darden School Foundation is seeking a Program Manager to deliver executive education programs from Charlottesville, VA, and other venues. You will coordinate all operational aspects, manage communications, and ensure cost-effective program administration while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires collaboration with clients, faculty, and staff, as well as occasional evening/weekend work and travel to support on-site sessions at various locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and relevant experience in admin/customer relations.
• Experience with event planning and program delivery is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and LMS/CRM tools expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery of executive education programs and events.
• Coordinate communications, logistics, and participant services pre/post program.
• Manage LMS and teaching materials, ensuring timely updates.
• Develop budgets for program delivery and monitor costs.
• Support virtual and in-person sessions, and assist with weekend/evening needs.
• Collaborate with clients, faculty, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Travel regionally for offsite program support as required.
