Job summary

The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia invites applications for a Senior Associate with the Institute for Engagement & Negotiation (IEN) in Charlottesville, VA. You will support project teams through stakeholder engagement, client communication, and meeting facilitation, while coordinating logistics and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and related experience in lieu of a degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in project management or facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Support IEN project teams via stakeholder engagement and client communication.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate meeting logistics.
• Manage project budgets and contribute to proposal development.
• Supervise student interns and contribute to trainings and presentations.
• Lead multiple complex projects with proactive planning and coordination.
