Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Senior Education and Outreach Specialist to develop statewide education and outreach initiatives for HCBS and PICS services. You will create accessible resources, deliver trainings, and build statewide partnerships with community partners and service users.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, education, communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in Minnesota HCBS, outreach, education, or community engagement is valued.
• Strong public-speaking and presentation skills for varied audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop educational resources, presentations, webinars, and training materials for participants, partners, and workers.
• Coordinate speaking engagements, conferences, and educational opportunities.
• Deliver trainings and presentations to educate community partners about HCBS and PICS services.
• Track training participation and evaluate outcomes to drive improvements.
• Provide enrollment assistance and navigate next steps for service users and families.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources.
