Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota seeks a Designated Coordinator to oversee program management for homes serving individuals with disabilities. You will ensure guidance, support, safety, and health needs are met while promoting independence and positive outcomes.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage accounts payable and payroll, monitor budgets, and collaborate with counties, families, and community partners. Travel and on‑call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent).
• Associate's degree in Human Services or related field with 2+ years of direct care experience.
• Diploma in Human Services with 3+ years of direct care experience.
• 50 hours of Human Services education/training with 4+ years of direct care experience.
• Bachelor's degree with QDDP designation for ICF/MR programs.

Responsibilities
