Job summary

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of corporate learning and development experience with emphasis on instructional design and LMS administration.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and instructor-led learning solutions.
• - Own New Hire Orientation from end to end.
• - Administer Pathways LMS and support enterprise learning programs.
• - Collaborate with subject matter experts and HR partners to deliver effective learning solutions.
• - Analyze learning data and improve programs based on outcomes.
