Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality communications and awareness assets across channels (email, newsletters, digital platforms, SharePoint, campaigns).
• Translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging and effective awareness content.
• Apply storytelling, visual thinking, and modern communication approaches to increase engagement.
• Plan and execute awareness and engagement initiatives end-to-end (launches, ongoing campaigns, key programs).
• Define the right mix of channels, tactics, and formats to maximize reach and impact.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and delivery across stakeholders.
• Act as a communications and engagement partner, helping stakeholders shape messaging and approach.
• Provide recommendations on what to communicate, how to drive engagement, and which tactics to use.

Infor is seeking a Specialist, Awareness & Engagement to design, shape, and deliver high-impact communications and engagement initiatives that connect audiences with Infor U’s programs, offerings, and value.

This is a role responsible for developing content, executing awareness campaigns, and advising on the most effective engagement tactics and messaging approaches. The role ensures that communications are clear, compelling, and aligned with business priorities, while continuously improving how we drive awareness and engagement across audiences.

The ideal candidate is a digitally savvy communicator who brings fresh ideas, uses modern tools and AI to enhance impact, and actively shapes—not just executes—communications and awareness efforts.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Develop and deliver high-quality communications and awareness assets across channels (e.g., email, newsletters, digital platforms, SharePoint, campaigns).

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in communications, content development, and or marketing.
• Experience with writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and audiences.
• Experience using data to improve communications and engagement effectiveness.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital communication channels and awareness campaign tools (e.g., email platforms, SharePoint, engagement platforms).
• Experience in modern and multimedia communication formats (e.g., video, visual, interactive content)
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, generative AI) to enhance communications and workflows
• Experience with campaign planning, segmentation, and engagement optimization.
• Exposure to reporting, dashboards or communications analytics.
• Experience in a global, fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
