Job summary

Infor is seeking a Specialist, Awareness & Engagement to design, shape, and deliver high-impact communications and engagement initiatives that connect audiences with Infor U’s programs, offerings, and value.

The role focuses on content development, running awareness campaigns, and advising on engagement tactics. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, uses AI tools to boost impact, and helps shape communications strategy rather than merely executing it.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, content development, and/or marketing.
• Experience with writing, editing, and storytelling across formats and audiences.
• Experience using data to improve communications and engagement effectiveness.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality communications and awareness assets across channels (email, newsletters, digital platforms, SharePoint, campaigns).
• Translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging and effective awareness content.
• Apply storytelling, visual thinking, and modern communication approaches to increase engagement.
• Plan and execute awareness and engagement initiatives end-to-end (launches, campaigns, key programs).
• Define the right mix of channels, tactics, and formats to maximize reach and impact.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and delivery across stakeholders.
• Act as a communications and engagement partner, helping stakeholders shape messaging and approach.
• Challenge and refine incoming requests to ensure communications are purposeful and outcome-driven.
• Provide recommendations on what to communicate, how to drive engagement, and which tactics to use.
