Ideal candidates have 1-3 years' experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with Skilljar and AI tools. Salesforce experience is preferred; remote/hybrid work is supported across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in education operations or program delivery
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools
• Preferred experience with Salesforce and Skilljar

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
• Review and manage candidate flagged attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries related to education programs
• Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal
• Run program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate upskilling sessions
• Own projects and process improvements to scale and reduce manual work
• Track action items, schedules, and timelines for team
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders
