Job summary

Relativity ODA LLC is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support the execution of educational initiatives across remote and hybrid settings. The role focuses on operational tasks, scheduling, LMS updates, and automation to improve delivery and scale impact.

1–3 years' experience in related role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
Curiosity and willingness to learn AI tools.
Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
Preferred experience with Salesforce and Skilljar.

Responsibilities

Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates.
Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts.
Scrub and answer customer inquiries related to education programs.
Executes training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal.
Run program logistics and create SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions.
Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes.
Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders.
Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
