Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking an experienced education specialist to design realistic educational scenarios, review AI-generated content for standards alignment, and create structured examples reflecting expert instructional decision-making.

You will work asynchronously with research and evaluation teams, provide detailed feedback on errors and gaps, perform rubric-based assessments, and contribute to potential domain-expert roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in education or related field.
• Experience in K-12 teaching, curriculum development, instructional design, assessment, or educational technology.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic educational scenarios and tasks involving lesson planning, assessment, grading, differentiation, intervention, curriculum design, accommodations, and academic support.
• Review and compare AI-generated educational content for accuracy, standards alignment, grade-level appropriateness, and classroom applicability.
• Evaluate AI outputs against Common Core, NGSS, state standards, and discipline-specific frameworks.
• Create structured examples reflecting how experienced educators make instructional decisions.
• Provide detailed written feedback identifying errors, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research and evaluation teams.
• Apply consistent professional judgment when assessing AI-generated educational work.
• Perform task creation, rubric-based assessment, and structured written evaluation.
