Montage Health is seeking an Education Administrative Assistant to support the Clinical Education Department. The role blends administrative and operational coordination with learning and instructional support to enhance patient care education initiatives.

Reporting to the Clinical Education Assistant Director, you will manage calendars, LMS tasks, materials, and communications while supporting program development and onboarding processes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative assistant/clerical position.
• High level proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Aufgaben

• Manage calendars, room reservations, scheduling, and logistics for classes, orientations, simulations, and competency events.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, sign‑in sheets, rosters, and attendance documentation.
• Maintain department website, including files/folders, shared drives, databases, and education records.
• Support digital resource management: create and organize templates, forms, workflows, shared content.
• Track inventory, manage storage, order supplies.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to education programs, onboarding, and training.
• Draft communications, announcements, and updates for education programs.
• Process payments.
