Job summary

LaSante Health Center is seeking a Clinical Operations & Education Coordinator to lead education, workflow development, and competency assessment on the clinical floor. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff coaching, and daily operational oversight to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered care.

The RN Coordinator will monitor patient flow, room utilization, and provider support, reporting to the Director of Nursing, with a focus on measurable improvement and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license.
• Minimum three years of ambulatory clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, preceptor, or training experience.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing technology to improve clinical operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Electronic Medical Records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized training materials for all clinical positions.
• Create competency checklists for every clinical role.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clinical employees.
• Conduct annual competency assessments.
• Develop standardized workflows across all departments.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and remediation.
