Job summary

Oakland Family Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Pontiac, MI, offering a hybrid-Remote work arrangement. The role focuses on the full lifecycle of recruitment and pre-hire onboarding, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to fill open positions.

You will develop strategic recruitment plans, source active and passive candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Facebook).

Responsibilities

• Develop effective recruitment plans with the Director of HR and leadership.
• Identify, engage and screen candidates using multiple channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews; manage pre-hire onboarding.
• Maintain applicant tracking, generate data reports and KPIs.
