Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Corporate Internship Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for internship and early career roles. You will partner with leaders, HR, universities, and external partners to deliver an exceptional intern experience from sourcing through program completion.

Responsibilities include campus events, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on diversity and strong employer branding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with university recruiting and/or internship program management.
• Proficiency in Windows Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to analyze data and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and continuous improvement of Ross; University Recruiting strategy.
• Serve as the program liaison for the Corporate Analyst Internship Program and deliver a best-in-class intern experience.
• Drive campus recruiting strategies including partnerships, fairs, sessions, and events.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for internship and early career positions.
• Build relationships with universities, faculty and student organizations to strengthen employer brand.
• Lead candidate engagement throughout the recruiting lifecycle and communicate program milestones.
• Coordinate internship program initiatives, mentorship, and intern-to-full-time conversion.
• Track recruiting metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify trends.
