Education Logistics Assistant — Blue Ash, OH

KellyBPO, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is seeking an Education Logistics Assistant for a long-term position with one of our Global Clients based in Blue Ash, OH.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k, and paid time off.

Title: Education Logistics Assistant

Location: Blue Ash (45242)

Pay: $27hr; plus benefits and PTO

Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm.

Duration: long term contract

Responsibilities:
  • Picking, Packing, Shipping and Receiving of capital equipment, loaners, disposables and product for various events both on and off site
  • Assist with administration of various product programs and ordering of various components from multiple vendors
  • Assist with consumable and client product purchases using eMarketplace and GSOnestop
  • Managing purchase orders for all projects project coordinating
  • Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
  • Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period.
  • Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures.
  • Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety and environmental compliance.
  • Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area.
  • Promote safety to all associates that enter work area.
  • Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards, Bloodborne pathogens training, etc.
  • Stocking and organizing of disposables and product for labs, workshops, demos
  • Cleaning of instrumentation from lab and return shipments
  • Assist with data entry for various software systems as needed
  • Maintaining stock levels of disposables, consumables and products
  • Preparing necessary reports for labs/events internal and external ERD recycling and destruction of expired or old product
  • Assist with maintaining equipment for sales demos, displays/exhibits, professional education, company meetings, cadaver labs, sales training and workshops.
  • Pick and pack daily orders for shipment.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required
  • Minimal warehouse/distribution experience is acceptablePurchasing experience is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word Basic math skills
  • Must have good organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Must be able to prioritize and make quick decisions
