Producing Director at LHH/Certified Career Coach/Former Practicing Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Law Attorney to join an esteemed law firm located in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in education law, public entity, and/or labor and employment law. This role requires the ability to handle a variety of legal matters including harassment, discipline, FMLA, ADA, labor negotiations, tenure, OPRA requests, civil rights, Section 504, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and advise clients on matters related to education law.
• Draft court documents, letters, employee policies and handbooks, etc.
• Appear for court hearings, conferences, negotiations, arbitrations, mediations.
• Attend infrequent nightly meetings as required.
• Maintain a billable hour requirement of 2100 hours annually.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience .
• Strong ability to manage multiple cases and legal matters simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $165,000, dependent upon experience.
• Hybrid work schedule offering flexibility between remote and in-office work.
