We are seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our thriving litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills, a sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and interpret insurance policies, coverage issues, and claims
• Draft coverage opinions and reservation of rights/denial letters
• Handle litigation matters involving coverage disputes and bad faith claims
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
• 3-6 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or litigation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
