Job summary

Tempe Union High School District is seeking a 12 Month Information Technology User Support Technician 1.0 FTE to provide first-tier support for parents, staff and students. You will assist with Synergy, StudentVue and ParentVue, and perform database changes via the UI, including accounts and permissions.

The role requires 2+ years in software support, knowledge of SIS/ERP systems, and understanding of district operations, plus disaster recovery best practices.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of equivalent experience in software support and methodologies.
• Thorough understanding of SIS and ERP systems.
• Understanding of secondary school district operations.
• Demonstrated understanding of Disaster Recovery best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first tier application support for parents, staff and students.
• Primary support for Synergy, StudentVue, and ParentVue with emphasis on parents.
• Perform database changes through the user interface, including accounts, permissions and data modification.
• Perform data cleaning tasks and analyze data to identify trends.
• Respond to and route requests via the District Helpdesk email, focusing on parent usage of student applications.
