Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots network and device issues to ensure classroom operation.
• Configures and maintains phones, PCs, Chromebooks, tablets, printers, scanners, projectors.
• Maintains hardware/software inventory and work-order system.
• Provides timely support to staff and students and documents repairs.
