Responsibilities

• Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking issues
• Guiding users with simple, step-by-step instructions
• Conducting remote troubleshooting
• Recording issues and solutions in logs and creating documentation
• Directing unresolved issues to higher support levels
• Following up to ensure systems are functional
• Reporting feedback and product requests
• Other duties as assigned
